1.Cast of high-grade FCD material with high strength, finely processed to maintain stable precision of the machine constantly, providing long service life and allowing long-time service without deformation.
2.Double slip mold plates (1 upper in board form and 2 lower plates), allowing more convenient removal/placing and increasing production higher efficiency.Optional hot water disconnecting board and thermal insulating glass fiber plate solveing the influence on machine stability due to mold heat transfer.
3.Lower fixed mold plate free from moving up and down, ensuring constant as well as precision for machine and mold.
4.Specialized feeding pipe design and LSR exclusive feeding system to ensure accurate metering and mixing of rubber materials A and B at ratio of 1:1 to the maximum effect.
5.A design incorporating a high precision optical ruler, makes in Germany, is adopted. The injection volume can be calculated and controlled precisely.
6.A light curtain, made in Japan, is available. An automatic warning system is available. It monitors the status of machine in order to provide extra protection to assurs the operation safety for operators.
7.A full-scale oil system is adopted. The noise is low and the pressure is adjusted automatically and proportionally. It is very accurate and stable.
