1.Mechanics design
Special mechanics design for the press base is employed for  high surface precision, saving of space, C type molding structure, 3 sides open for ease of operation, more safe, lower noise, excellence quality and appearance for completed rubber parts..
2.Material supply system
A special screw design of material feeding. It expels bubble out of the raw material in the most effective way and there is no dead material left in the injection sysem.
3.Injection volume control
A design incorporating a high precision optical ruler, makes in Germany is adopted. The injection volume can be calculated and controlled precisely.
4.Vacuum mold design(Option)
Installed with vacuum pump provides vacuum  function for the mold so as to obtain high quality assurance and increase yield rate.
5.Safety design(Option)
 A light curtain, made in Japan is available. An automatic warning system is available. It monitors the status of machine in order to provide extra protection to assurs the operation safety for operators.
